toyota rear axle posi?

Depends on what you want. Full lock, get a lockright or detroit or spool. Limited slip, then yeah get a truetrak.

The TruRac is a great unit, you can psudo-lock it using the e-brake. Great for a DD.

IMO though, if you plan to do much wheeling w/ the truck, if you're spending thatmuch money already, only way to go is factory e-locker retrofit. TruTrac is a carrier replacement so it's require gear re-setup... given then $450 price of the unit, at that point, you might as well get a used e-locker 3rd, if yo usearch junkyard nationally the price isn't too different.

What year of trucks should i look for when i call?? What all is evolved in installing??

so simply put the e-locker from toyota will not fit right into a 4cyl rear end
