Toyota tranny with Marlin Crawler logo on it????

So I just picked up an 88 4runner for something to drive this winter, it needed a timing chain and an oil pan gasket. So when I crawled under it to work on gettting the oil pan off. I noticed the Marlin emblem on the tranny. So is this just a tranny that Marlin rebuilt? I went to thier website and looked to me like a tranny rebuild by them would be pretty pricey. Just wondering if anyone might know what I've got or if someone else might have seen this before. Thanks

Yep that's a Marlin Trans... I have one in my rig, they are great.
