Track Bar Bushing Question

I have an old track bar i'm goi ng to switch out on my TJ for now, but i want to put new bushings on my old one. I looked around and see that they are classified with a 1/2" bolt or a 10mm bolt. What is the difference?
 
10mm is the factory size, 1/2" is aftermarket. Rubicon Express has you drill out the axle end for a 1/2" (12.2mm) bolt for some of their products.

What's the size of the cotter pin that goes on the bolt?
