Trading up...Should I feel bad about it.

I have an opportunity to swap some seats with a guy that wants a flip up center seat for his truck. However, his seats are way nicer than mine and I can't help but feel bad about swapping the seats because I am coming out way ahead. Should I feel bad about it? Or, should I just be happy that I am getting the best end of the deal?
