Trail addresses?

Sometimes I feel like I am reading a foreign language when someone says they are going to URE, or the flats, or DPG. Can we get a sticky with the actual physical address of these places. Or if there is one can someone point my clueless self to it. Someone asked it I was going to the flats and it took me forever to figure out where it was. Turns out i can almost throw a rock and hit it.
