Trail ride Saturday?

Me and some friends are heading down to Lake Houser off road park in mooresboro in the morning. Don't know what's in store if it will be worth the drive but it's somewhere to go and have a day of hanging out at minimum.

I've heard that place is one big mud pit, let us know how it is, I'm always open to new places.

Hopefully more than mud. We all hate mud, and are rollin on 42s so it could be a waste. But hey we'll know next time. I'm just excited to get away with the guys for a day! I will report back and let you know.
 
So lake houser was interesting to say the least. Place has a lot of potential for full size rigs, if more people went in jeeps and stuff it would get much better. Especially if they would allow folks to make some more trails, there is a lot of hill climbs but they just dead end. Can't say I would go back unless things got more opened up and intended for full size stuff.

We did manage to destroy one in 5 minutes right at the parking lot

Broke both motor mounts off the block and destroyed the grill and hood. He was a little too excited
 
Dammit boy I didn't expect to see anything like that! Some of the guys on jk forum have tried to get me to go but that's a stretch of a ride. Especially if there's not much to it.
 
If it was closer I'd def go more. But being over 2 hours we could go a little further and be at Gulches. All it would take is one day of a good group of folks making trails on some good hills and rocks and it really change the place and triple his business but idk if the folks would go for that.
