trans case drop, or not

yj spring under, 4 inch springs, 8.8 rear, sye kit in trans case, built driveshaft, ubolt up front, flange at rear. do i need a trans drop, and the jeep has 1 inch body lift. opinions.

with the SYE you also have to rotate your axle up to point at the t-case

Set your pinion angle correctly for your SYE and you will never need a tcase drop

Your Pinion should point directly at the output yoke on the t-case. I've known a few folks to aim it a degree or two lower to account for a little spring wrap but it's unlikely since yours is SPUA.
