I currently have a c6 between a 351m and 205 t/c. I want to go strait drive and a friend has a 5spd from a early 90's 2wd. Can the tail shaft b removed from the trans and t/c bolted on? What model number should I b looking for?
Also, what is a good Ford/bronco web site that has a good board like here at NC4X4?
 
Found a 4spd with pto on Craigslist out of a f350. Doesn't say what year.
 
I'd try to find a 4wd transmission. It will be easier in the long run.
