Transmission question.

Where or is there a location/label that tells me what transmission I've got?
2000 Jeep tj/6cyl/5 speed manual
What I've read it can be one of two types.

2000 should be the nv3550.

If you had an AX15, there would be a steel plate between the front and rear half of the aluminum cases. The novak link below will show pics. of each.
