Transmisson guys?

TH-400
That is all.

We just built my 700r4 with all the transgo goodies. I don't know what the price break down was but have a guy locally that built mine and he is saying he will stand behind it for 3 yrs no questions asked and he knows what abuse it will be going through....

snappy, did you buy all the parts, and he built it?

A good trans guy will be able to buy all of those parts for the same price or cheaper than that kit and know what gimmicky stuff to leave out. I would find a guy or shop that has a good reputation with gm transmissions and see what he has to say. Unless you want to build it yourself...then buy the kit. It would likely cost around the same as a regular rebuild for any shop to install that.

Cooks Racing Transmissions in Cowpens did mine and several others. Pretty good turn around, and no issues whatsoever

Not too far from you Guff

Cook builds all my transmissions. Bobby quoted me around $1100 for a badass 700r4 to hold up to the abuse I put trans through.
