Traq-bar? where to buy

I recently purchased this 2000 sport cherokee and the previous owner put a 3"? lift I think but no traq bar as the front axle is not centered. where can I get one and who might be a responsible garage to have install and check suspension's oveerall issues
SECOND Question can I run 33x10.5 tires without rubbing on turns?

you can order an adjustable track bar online,
www.4wd.com etc etc.
As for a "responsible" garage it's pretty easy to check everything yourself, after you replace it, you can get it aligned somewhere.
I am a fan of the lifetime alignment from Firestones.
As for running 33s on a 3" lift on a cherokee? Not without some trimming.
I'd shoot for some 31s or so
