Trouble uploading pics with tapatalk?

When I try to upload a pic from my phone it gives me the sorry but tapatalk has logged off but I can upload them from my tablet using Tapatalk.
This is not something that just started it's been happening for a couple years and it's really starting to bug me any solutions?
 
Reinstall tapatalk?
