Full console. I've seen the stealthbox that replaces the console, but you lose nearly all the storage space up front...

Since this thing won't be driven except when towing, the toe boxes are gonna work great...

Yep you do lose alot with the full console, mine had the jump seat, so the oem insert went back into the box. I also built one for a customer turned out really well

I have to agree with ditching the snap-style tonneau. While it is helping your gas mileage, I imagine those snaps could be a PITA if you use your bed alot. When I got my tonneau almost five years ago, I got an Access brand roll-up w/ velcro sides.
