Truggy in Claremont

Anyone know someone building a truggy in Claremont NC. My brother in law lives close, I have passed it sitting in the garage, Haven't had a chance to contact the owner. Possible yota? Looks like a sweet ride, Would love to see it up close or if anyone knows of the build thread. Just thought I would see if anyone knows.
