First, is allowing buying insurance across state lines. That's good. Free market and everything. Don't think it will really change pricing, though, for NC customers. Maybe other states.
Second, he is killing the cost sharing subsidies (copay and deductibles, apparently NOT the premium tax credit (yet)). That's good. But damn, it's going to hurt a lot of people. I'm still in favor of it, though. At least thru taxes, I won't be paying my share of those subsidies (of course, under Obama's plan, nobody was going to pay that, just run up national debt, let future generations pay it off).
