Ok techies, don't have time at the moment to try to figure out how to post pics I have to this but will before too long. This thread serves 2 purposes. One visual aid for those that know, so they can stop me before I do something stupid, lmao and I will if left unchecked as this is my first. 2nd motivation. I figure if I let you all in on it I won't stop till I'm throwing dirt clods with it. So a bud of a bud built it awhile back. I will have to check on the specifics but I beleive its half wrangler or which ever j it was, frame. This is married to a tubular frame. Custom tubular body was then welded into place atop this. Axles are dana 60 rear with 5.13 and dana 44 front pass drop with same gear. More once I get off work.

I believe that has some type of 1/4 elliptical suspension setup. Don't know much about it. By the looks of it and I'm no expert but I would invest in some quality link bar tube and rod ends. Maybe some axle brackets too. Just for starters.

The links looks kinda scary. Its 1/4 in the front but I'm not seeing enough triangulation in the links to keep the axle planted well. Doesn't look to be hardly any triangulation at all and you can't rely on the leafs to prevent any sway. Needs at minimum a track bar in the front.

The first picture looks like pipe that was bent on a pipe bender, not tubing bent on proper tubing bender. The links are unsafe, they look like gobbed together tractor links with some really bad welds. There is no triangulation on the links. I would say rob the axles out from under it, steering column and seats and scrap it. You'll spend more time correcting then you will building from scratch.
