Anyone had this done? I've had an enlarged Turbinate on one side for years now. Went to the ENT and they gave me some steroid nasal spray which seemed to help when I took it and then just really haven't done anything about it other than allergy medicine and flonase. Since last allergy season, I just feel like I am just not getting better with my allergies/sinuses.

15 years ago I had my sinuses roto-rooted. Helped tremendously. Before I had that first surgery 15 years ago, I would get at least 4 sinus infections a year. Since then I might get one every 3-5 years.
Just went back and had sinus polyps removed in December. I had been feeling stuffy for about a year, like allergies, but allergy meds didn’t help.
I think that’s what you’re talking about. You’ll be uncomfortable for a week or two, but worth
it.

yea, several year ago I have turbinate reduction and deviated septum repair.

The balloons in the sinus cavity were really rough. I don't think you need those for turbinate reduction. Be sure to get a Nettypot to rinse a few times a day and enjoy the pain killers. Mine was very painful
