1994 ISUZU TROOPER no turn signal or emg. flasher~~~ how to fix/what to look for~~~doesn't appear to be a fuse.

check your wires. double check your grounds as well.

Is possibly the turn signal switch. Or the flasher itself, though I think it uses different flashers for emergency and turn signals. Does it have different bulbs for the brake lights? Or use the same element? If it's the same element, it could possible be the brake light switch.
