Ok

I have a 75 CJ-5, 3 Speed and standard Transfer Case.

Using the Orig Transfer Case to Front Axle Drive Shaft.

How ever I am Using a Chev Full Size Blazer 1/2 tn Axles out of a 87.

Does any one know what Part size or part number for a U-joint to match up my Axle to my Drive Shaft?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

They SHOULD be the standard 1310 u-joint but you might need to change the caps on the axle side to take "internal c-clips" as I believe the pinion yokes don't have the retainer "tit" to hold the cap inside the yoke. Don't have any part #'s for ya, though. Hope this helps.

IF they are different from driveshaft to Axle, I'd take the axle to Olivers Driveshaft in W-S and have him swap out the yoke on the shaft to match the Axle yoke. or get a yoke for the axle that matches the driveshaft. which ever is a better set-up.

beats having to have a custom U-joint that no one on the trail is going to have a spare of when you bust it :D

Buddy u-joint

Hey Wylde Bronco, I have seen something, I think it's called A Buddy joint. What it is, is A U-joint that has two different sized bearings. They are A pretty common thing to use in A swap. Years ago, an old friend of mine, got one at Napa. Not sure if they still can get them. They are made in several sizes. If you go this route, & it ends up working, then heed mbalbritton's advice. Get A few extras to have on hand, or trail rides.

I ran a 1310/1330 bastard joint for years w/ my CJ t-case and chevy 3/4 ton rear.

Most parts stores should have them.

Measure or bring the caps/joints with you to the store in order to make sure you are getting what you need.

i have, had a75 cj5 and i put 1/2 ton Axles in it and the U-joint were all 1310 in mine did n't have to do anything to the caps at all
