U weld it beadlocks

i was looking up u weld it beadlock kits for my rims for offroading only and was wondering if anybody had any experiences with them?

i have a set of stock yj wheels 15x7 that i want to possibly do this to. i read that when i weld the ring on it would turn them into 15x9s and im looking at mounting my 36 13.50 iroks on them. would it be worth it to do it to those wheels? not looking at putting many if any street miles on these tires.

any info would be great, thanks

Make sure the wheels you have are steel wheels and not cast.

And be sure that the back spacing on the wheels is what you want to have.

Besides that the wheel and tire combo would work fine.

If you get some, Get them from Mud, He is local and a good guy to deal with, You can can even get them in a custom design

Those wheels will work fine. If you have no intention of returning the rig back to stock then use them. Otherwise buy a set of 15x8 steelies and go to town.
