Ugliest cars at SEMA

"But the most disturbing thing about this beast is what's written on the front suspension link. Hint: If you have to tell the public that your suspension is "Bad Ass," it ain't. "

haha

That buggy belongs to 4wp director of marketing and advertising, Brent G. he had overkill build it from the ground up. I thought it was pretty impressive. i have a soft spot in my heart for those axles.

It looked like it had never been run anywhere? Has it? The skid plate had been air brushed. It had random things bolted to the interior like brass knuckles..wtf? It had some different ideas, it was just a little much as a whole.

That is actually a storm chaser vehicle.. kinda badassed if you ask me

I dont think he is overly impressed with the work USA 6X6 done for him.:shaking:

Woody....sure its got some attention getting items that our community sees as silly but thats exactly what its for. minus the stupid stuff its actually a pretty good build.

anyone have any info on the axles?

Those are some funky axles on that buggy.

you google him....you'll find out he's not
lol...i dont think i've needed to google daniel since the 90s and i dont see a reason for it ten years later.
i found a receipt i had from him the other day when was looking for a title to an old truck. the part is laying around somewhere still, wasnt worth putting on the truck.

They've got two TIV's now, and thats the second Gen I believe...That thing is a Brute! It is always falling apart though, I think out of the few episodes i've seen its fallen apart twice and both times it was the wheels. Granted the 360 degree HD shots they get are sick from inside and being right there inside or beside a tornado is awsome. I'd love to drive that thing. Now for that Jeep, umm, I can't make my mind up if I like it or Loathe it, I like the back seat though...That be a whole new view point I hadn't thought of.

I dont know I kinda like. It would look good covered in mud, dents and scratched all to fawk after a day at tellico.

lol, a day in tellico oughta knock some of that useless crap off of it.

no kidding wheels falling off etc....not to mention it looked like a drunk 3rd grader welded it up.

I thought the entire damn axle fell off?

From the clips on the show, it looked like that fell of and the tires just sheared off with the force of the axle dropping?

To be honest, it seems kind of pointless to me, as do all these probes the guys put out. WHEN has any of those probes been taken up into a tornado?

They should just drive straight into the eye with that thing, I mean it weighs over 8000 lbs, 4inch plating and bullet proof glass and the seats they have in it have 5 pnt. harness's..So what do they need to worry about,
Oh and don't for that movie Twister, 3rd times the charm....Dorthy made it up into the storm, but so did that poor brand new dodge pick up...HAHA!

Ihe had not wheeled it since it has been completed. he had obligations with Overkill Engineering and some other vendors for this rig to be a showpiece for a while. After that he is going to wheel the piss out of it. brent is notorious for wheeling very hard out west.

did you happen to see all the monitors in that thing. he has one in the back for his daughter to watch what is going on looking out front.
