Man that's the double tube, if it was chrome I'd say keep it..it's vintage. Reminds me of high school everyone had one of those with some KC daylighters..of course it was 1986.

Looks good man. But have you guys ever heard of shoes? They cool off the weld spatter so that it only goes 1/8" into your foot instead of 1/4".

Total missed the shoe-less part, i was just looking at the welding in shorts and a t-shirt! Been there, done that, got the welding bead scars on my belly to prove it!
