An elderly man in Idaho sent a letter to his son who was in prison.

Dear son, I miss you very much and hope you are doing well. It's time to plant the potatoes and I could shure use your help. I've tried but i'm just too old to bust up the old taterpatch out back by myself and wish you were home to help me like you always did. I will try again tommorow but I don't think I'll be growing any taters this year,
your loving father

the son sent a letter home right away.......

Dad I'm doing fine and miss you too. I'm sorry I can't be there to help you. Please don't dig
up the tater patch that's where I buried the you know what.
your loving son

At 4am the next morning the FBI and local Deputies arrived and spent all day digging up the entire back 40, finding nothing

His son wrote another letter home

Dad, you can plant the taters now, sorry but this was the best i could do under the circumstances, your loving son
