Well my day got cut short. The lower ledge on RML where Kodak rock is didn't like the length of the limo. Got the front tires up with no problem, but unfortunately the driveshaft hit before the back tires did. Ended up driving home in 4-high with just the front shaft OH well... If anyone's got a rear driveshaft (back half) for Tacoma 4x4, Xtra cab, 6 cyl, AT for sale... I need one. The closest ones I can find from salvage are in Conover, Grover, Forest City, and Marion which are all over 150 miles away.

Where do you live?You might want to have one made.I had the rear one shorten and the front made longer on my 4-runner.Check these guys out.

We were around that day as well. Saw you in the outpost messing with your tires out front.
We had a good short trip. Ran the usual route, Daniel to Rocky Mount, then out and home. Time was cut short due to some congestion on Daniel.

Yeah, I saw both of you guys. I was backed in the corner at the switch back going up daniels when you were going up. I was in the black cj5.

I also saw the white tj, you guys were behind us going up daniels.

Yeah I was curious about your CJ....are you running any shocks in the rear? I never got a chance to look at it up close, but from a distance I couldn't see any.

Ya got me! No I dont have any yet. This was the first time out since i swapped the axles. I ran out of time so they didnt get installed. I took it kinda easy with everything so it wasnt too bad, except for going down hill when the suspension would unload.
