upgrade 88 xj cooling system

I'm going to replace the radiator in the wife's xj crawler and I want to go with the system in my 98 xj. Any problems to look for?

I'm doing the same thing as we speak to a 88...you just have to put that coolant sensor that comes in the 88 radiator into another part of the system somewhere..other than that it's really nice to rid of that pressure tank and bypass valve..
