I have the LG VU and I hate it. Too hard to text, the touch screen is a joke and I just hate this phone. I have only had my contract for about 8 months, but I have been reading, and some places have deals where you can buy a phone if your an existing AT&T customer and keep your same plan. Basically I want a different phone without having to pay for the retail price. Amazon.com has a Samsung Eternity for like $.01 and its for an existing AT&T customer....I just want a new phone that I am going to like. Anyone that can shed some light? I know their are loopholes in the system, that's how I am not with sprint anymore.

I feel your pain brother. I have the same phone. I have hated almost Immediately since I got it. It was a free upgrade from my Sony 810i phone which was great, the speaker just went bad on it. I am looking to get another Sony phone, b/c other than Apple (which will change your plan to where you will need to take out a mortgage to pay) they are pretty awesome phones. LG made a mockery of the touchscreen phones. Its the cheesiest worst working phone I have ever had!
