Upper control arm bushings

I am going to be replacing the upper bushings on my Dana 30 before installing it as they are looking tired. While researching parts I've found the normal EOM style and some like these guys:

Has anyone had any experience with these or would you recommend staying with the stock style?

Inquiring minds want to know.

I have used those in the currie version, work awesome, especially with a 3 link. If its stock style suspension you really don't need them

I guess I should clarify that I will be running a BFS 4.5 inch lift.

If I had to do it again, I'd do this kit. Had the axle sitting and stands and regret not doing it.

OEM style will work just fine since you're keeping the stock 5 link.
Churching it up will be great, but not really needed. Like was said, if you were running a 3 link, you'd definitely want to upgrade
