I might be going for a day run SAturday. Anyone from here going to be up there?
 
If I can my friends grand cherokee backtogether before the weekend I was planning on going. I have to get it mobile first though as its stuck on my trailer.
 
me and some other ppl might be there this weekend... i know they will be but not sure my self

Do you know where the old Pine Ridge rescue squad building is? I'm there every day for work. 8-5ish... Stop by some time. Or do I know you already? Whats your jeep look like?

Yea lots. There is parking at the outpost and at two or three places at the trail heads. I really like URE bc its so close to me compared to other places. You and anyone else is always welcome to tag along on our rides. IMHO its not about what you wheel but that you do wheel it!
 
I was planning on going but the guy trailering me backed out. if anyone is interested in loading up a toyota on sat. let me know
 
Will be there in the morning. Big white xj. PLan on leaveing 8ish so should be at eldorado around 9:30 or 10:00 if all goes well. I think we are going to start from the new parking lot area at the bottom of Dickey Bell.

we are leaving New Bern at about 6 and should be to the outpost around 10. Keep an eye out for the cammo blazer since we are on our on. Loking to camp on one of the trails but can't remember the name. Near a mud pit....

I think that is on falls damn. Going to leave about 8 so that should put me up there at the outpost around 10ish.

I got to see you guys on Falls Dam, I was the tall guy/black shirt spotting the gold/brown Montero that you pulled up behind. Didn't get to say hi but you talked to Jay while I was trying to convince him his truck would be fine.
 
I'm back! GReat time! Lost power steering about an hour into the run. Fought it till dark. I feel like Popeye!

Nice meeting you guys. I folowed you guys for awhile. Made me feel like a wimp. I was going around stuff but the Montero was going over. Started trying more stuff after that and the Blazer did pretty good until I lost a tire.....

I had a spare but no jack or lug wrench. Lucky for me, a jeep with a winch pulled me aout and another truck had a floor jack and lug wrench. Group with jeeps helped me get it going again. Thanks if you all are on here!!

rottidog i saw you at the outpost today' if i knew you were on your own we shoulda hooked up. they were only 2 of us together today and he broke on daniel first thing so we ended up taking it easy all day then he finaly gave up about lunch'so i loaded up and that's when i saw you at the post.
