It's either the cross shaft/pin or the pinion fear. Neither axle is turning. I wasn't even pushing it hard. Don't hear any grinding and it spins freely. I'll bust it open tomorrow and find out.

Chris broke his mini spool and the center pin.
I let Chris ride with me today and that must have been a bad idea. He is bad for jeeps. I broke a tie rod end. Not all the way off, but enough to make me put it back on the trailer.
