My brother and I went to URE yesterday to do some light wheeling. He busted his t-case on kodak and I decided to roll "Herbie". After siiting below Kodak for what seemed like hrs I waited my turn at the obstacle then headed for Daniel. When I got there it too was a pure traffic jam. There was a tahoe that was broke badly and wasn't going anywhere soon on the bypass and numerous people stopped all along the switchhbacks. i had absolutely no intention on waiting there for hrs and just decided to go around (on the trail) by traversing the gulleys. Well my impatience and Boredom got the best of me and I just needed a little excitement.

cool pics. was the rollover at daniel or kodak ? looks like kodak.

She had a blast driving it, thought she was going to dump it over but she stayed cool and backed out of what looked like a sure rollover. Slick find a shaft for the rear ?

:
Put 30 spline longfeilds in the front end,17" wheels and 37" red label krawlers. It'll get the full cutting, 4 link ,air shocks, good seats, and sit way lower in a couple of months.

a few more from the garage showing the scars

poor poor herpie.
your passenger was a trooper....

That was her first time ever wheeling and she said she cant wait to go again. I was very surprised!!!

Herbie actually drove out with no problem. He will live to get beat on again and again and again. I aughta rename it Timex.

What about that good look'in Rubicon that put Herbie back on it's feet, no pics of that. He sure was a good look'in fellow. Yea baby. I still can't believe everyone was OK. Andy your cage was well plugged on that hill. Glad everyone made it out alive. That was the nastyest most violent roll I ever seen.

Rubicoon, you are the man. Thanx a bunch for your help getting it turned back over and back on the trail. next time i see you beer is on me fer sure.

Man that was fun!!

72 hurst olds w25 ram air, It has been my car project for the past year. all thats left to do is spray it.

Rubicoon, you rolled back over one of the guys in our wheeling group's yellow 'yota when he rolled it trying to move it out of the way at Kodak a few weeks back. You're a good guy, 'preciate it. P.S. - we cut the top off this past week and sectioned it on from another truck. He's thinking about an exo-cage now.

You guys just remember me when I end up on my roof. Helping each other is part of wheeling. Man that Herbie paint job I look at it and think....why didn't I come up with that. Cool man..

I saw the aftermath of the roll.

Our group spent about an hour winching the red Tahoe in a few of the pictures up that hill. I think the story was that he busted something in the front axle then made it 20-30 feet before breaking a rear shaft. His passenger rear kept walking out as we drug him up the hill. I bet those guys had a long night getting that thing outta there. Guy driving it seemed to have left his shoes at home as well :shaking:
