Had the camera with me, just wasn't one of those days I felt like taking pics.......until Steve had the hood up. :D
Just a little problem with the rotor in the distributor. Caught by the eagle eye of Jason.

He threatened to throw a rock at me if I did.

Huge thanks to Jason for having and letting me borrow the hacksaw. I pretzeled the tail pipe just behind the muffler. Would have made the drive home pretty interesting since it was bent almost all the way shut.

Looks like you guys had a good time. Sorry I missed you guys,I was gone this weekend and I didn't check my PMs till today. Good to see Steve O back out on the trail.

steveo your truck is still looking too clean!lol!

Hello all, my name is Greg Schardein. I'm a Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune. Saturday morning I got up around 4am and decided I was going four wheeling at Uwharrie. I'd read about it on the internet, and that was about all I knew. I loaded up the Jeep on the trailer and headed out.
Got to Uwharrie and within 5 minutes of unloading the Jeep, I run into MR HOTDOG GUY. He told me to park, come over and sit a spell. Now what I really wanted to do was hit the trail ASAP, but something said to go ahead...
He introduced me to Jason, SteveO, Greg, and the others. Really cool guys, by the end of the day I knew I'd made some new friends. Oh, and Mr Hot Dog Guy gave me a FREE hot dog!
I really appreciate you guys letting me tag along, and showing me the trails. And thanks to Steveo for inviting me for a ride in his Toy! Was I scared? HELL NO! Well....... ok maybe a little!
My goal since returning from Afghanistan last November is to get 3 good wheeling trips in before deploying again. This was number 3, so mission accomplished. And again, thanks to Mr Hot Dog Guy for taking care of me, and the rest for letting me tag along.

Jason, I'll be PMing you later. I'm still looking for the contact info you gave me. On the way home, I sat it on the dashboard to dry out, and now can't find it! Thanks for taking me up the mountain, Semper Fi brother.

I'll post more about my Jeep when I find the "newbie" section, but it's a 1983 CJ7, with a 1991 4.0HO and 1995 YJ tub.
