URE Camping on Badin Lake?

Anybody know if there are places you can primitive camp on badin lake not at the main campground? Trying to find a spot you can put in the stand up paddle boards, but also go on saturday/sunday night but all the camp sites are booked.

Yes it’s not bad, however I will say the last 200 yards of the road are pretty washed out and some large holes. My stock sierra 1500 can make it to the end but it is a little tricky. There are several “spots” around the end of the road to camp.

Like what @Tails said a stock truck can make it down there but the last downhill to the water can be a little technical. There's plenty of camping towards the top where a camry could get to lol. It is also referred to as the old boat ramp.
 
We have camped there may times. I will add that it fills up on nice weekends. And at times I've seen it get kinda wild down there. When the alcohol starts flowing I've seen some domestic situations. And other times only us out there.
