It is usually December 15th or around there.

This is kind of correct, the trails close December 15th. But what that doesn't cover is that year to year it varies if they close the trails in the morning, or if they close them that night. Last year they didn't close the trails till the night of December 15th. I remember Officer Foote being thrilled about that. This year I don't know for sure, I will ask Deborah or Terry when I get chance.

Trail closure date has been changed to the 19th at 8am.
