well it has taken me a while to write up a message but i finally made it to ure, i was warned in advance that for my vehicle the place would be pretty easy but i decided that i would go and check it out. anyways, i met up w/ a group of sammy's and i think it was safe to say that i had the biggest vehicle there. also in the group was a well built toy land cruiser. i cant really say what trails we ran since i did not really pay attention to the signs but i know that i had fun and so did my wife(it was her first time to ride in the jeep since it was finished). anyways i know that when we got to kodak the guys showed me the hardest line to take and let me at it. needless to say i put my front tires up on the first ledge and finessed the jeep forward w/ the skinny pedal then aproached the second ledge and had to bounce the rear of the jeep up but i did make it on the first try. here are some pics from the trip. i will post more if people are interested.

Wide sonovagun too! He was behind me for a while and whenever we met anyone on the trail I'd tell them to move Waaaay over. :D

btw- besides being 4x4 it's also 2x3....2 zook wide and 3 zooks long. :D

it is definatly wide, but it seems to do really well, i just got back from a trip to windrock and up untill i almost completely removed the front axle from the jeep i was cake walking rattlerock. anyways, i will post some pics of that sometime tom. and will do a more extensive writeup in another thread.

Hey,

yea, i came into work one afternoon, and they were like "there's something you should see in the back parking lot." lol. i didn't get much work done the rest of the day, just spent all my time drooling over your jeep, lol. but yea, jerry (owner) and ralph (mechanic) are both really nice guys. i definitely have fun working there. we're actually headed to Uwharrie this weekend. you should come, and make us all look bad, lol. it's the maiden voyage for my CJ. gonna see how well she holds together.

happy trails,
bigmac
