URE Rock Garden

Heading to URE for a quick run tmw for the day. I wanted to know about the Rock garden that was built for the race. Is that still open to the public? Who do I need to talk to to go ride there if so? Any info would help. Thanks.

go through the used to be pond and there will be a of pile rocks....oh yeah
