URE This Weekend

Going to URE for the first time this year. I will have my TJ with a 4 inch lift 2 body, on 35's. I am running a NV4500 with an atlas. I will have onboard air plus a lot of tools. My buddy is running a Bronco on 35's. He is still new to 4wheeling. There also might be a cherokee going not sure though has to fix a front shaft. I will be at the outpost around 9 am. If anyone else wants to go PM me.

Sounds like a good setup on your jeep. My TJ is on about 4" spring, 2" body, 35's, NV4500, and D300 with 4:1, haha.
 
My atlas is the same gear ratio. But I dont have the big pimp edition like you do. So jealous over the 24's. :lol:

are u going to be there friday maorring at 9 or sat i am looking to ride friday cherokee with 4 in and 32s

Yeah, its pretty rare. I had to get it imported from Japan.
 
unless the world falls thru, i'll be there with blacksammy and maybe 4-6 full size rigs friday evening thru sunday

hey FTEN I will meet you there I would like to ride with you guys. I think the Bronco guy might fall through he has to work now. I will meet you guys there.

I'll do my best to roll in on time. I'll call ften in the a.m. if I'm running late. If later... I should be over at baden to check in with the nissan boys. Y'all should see a few of them at the outpost too saturday trying to drag a few back to get ready for a trail run.

ANd it finally stopped raining here a few minutes ago ... gonna be a snotty mess tommorrow .. hehe
 
Yeah man I will be there at 0900 ready to rock and roll. I am glad I have both front and rear lockers.

we broke Clifford's (burt's) jeep within the first 20 minutes on the trail.
Then somewhat 'fixed it' and he kept wheelin.
Then at the end of the day peter flopped his rodeo on daniel.
but he still drove home.
what a friggin day.

Yeah it was pretty cool. I had the rear steer going on in the jeep. When you post the pics people will understand what I mean. I had a great time everyone.

the cool thing is... he kept wheelin once we got the coil back in there and the axle strapped down. awesome Burt!

Yes boys and girls, he drove it home. Rodeos are F-n tough.

The trails were a little snotty in places but overall a good time.
Dutch John was the only one that gave me a little shit because of the wheelbase.
Daniel, I got right up it.
Peter on the other hand... unlucky today.
 
Yea flopped me Rodeo on the second ledge on Daniel, guess that's what happens when you get toooo far right in two wheel drive, finally broke one of my clicking CV's on the first ledge, no real damage to the Rodeo, and believe it or not it drove home better than it did on the way up, tranny was acting funny on the way to Uwharrie shifted like a new one one the way home.....
 
I know The boy and I had a blast ... was good wheelin with you all. I'm just glad no one got hurt on the 2 mistakes of the day :D still cant believe Pete's Rodeo drove out and home after getting put back upright ... looked aweful when it happened.
