One of my biggest pet peeves is when people park in a fire lane. I don't care if you are "just going in for one thing". Park your car and walk in. He obviously isn't handicapped. He moves about very freely.

Army dude being a Ass, But, I do see that the old man had Several chances, to just Go On, & stop arguing with a Big guy.

See…I’m gonna go the other direction with it. Army dude doesn’t appear to be guilty of anything other than a $250 parking fine and being an ass in general (can what he said be considered communicating a threat). Old dude stepped in, then looked to me like he followed the asshole, and to me that’s a byproduct of being able to hide behind a keyboard these days. If old dude didn’t want to fuck around and find out, he should have attempted to de-escalate the situation or not gotten involved at all. I don’t particularly care if dude was roid raging or not, somebody walks you down and gets in your face (ie punching distance), you’re gonna feel some kinda way about it. I’m not trying to paint the army dude as the victim, but in my opinion, both of them got/will get what they have coming.

Capt. was obviously raging from something. What happened prior to the recording?

Old dude needs to realize the risk and be prepared. I’m sorry but if I’m holding and angry alligator, I’m not gonna stick my finger up his bum to try and de-escalate the situation. And that’s exactly what he did with his “come on, try it” instigating comments.

Agreed they got/will get what they deserve(d).
