Used commercial truck values?

I looked at KBB and NADA for value on a cab/chassis with dump bed 3500 Chevy. I can't find anything but Pickups. Where can I find info and values on them?
 
I'm not aware of anything, but your best bet is to compare to what's on craigslist because that's your competition for selling it anyway.
 
Its actually for a truck I am looking at to buy. Its extremely low mileage and exactly what I need. I asked dealer how they assessed value and she told me they have a calculator and here's the value! lol
 
every listing online that i have found is fee based. nothing free for commercial. all the dealers compare to past sale prices on their lot. have never seen a book used at a dealer. kinda sucks,but insurance is the same. you set the value(at least so far,haven't totaled any out yet.) best bet is to compare to what else is available,then go up or down due to mileage.
 
Can you pull up what has sold on ebay for comps?
 
My Dealer friend actually has a 1 ton Chevy Dump, 93 I think, with the 6.5 GM diesel. Low miles & looks like it just came off the showroom! Don't recall what he stole it for. I could ask him, but I know he'd say, I'd have to see it!
It's generally based on condition. He's in Concord btw.
