48 years young, first Jeep was a 73 CJ5 w/304 purchased in 1977. My first SOA conversion was in 1978. My first rollover was in 1979. The last two items kinda went hand in hand
have been wheelin for the last 32 years. Owned current YJ since 1997.

Fixed it.

I'm between 30 and 40. My first wheeling trip (that I remember) was when I was ~5 and dad took us somewhere east of Johnson City. My first and only wheeler has been the same CJ-7, although many of the parts are no longer original. I'm kinda the inverse of Yager.

my first vehicle ever was an '85 S10 Blazer but never even got to drive it on the road before I started my trading habit. the first vehicle I ever wheeled was a '95 Cherokee on 33s...loved it when I had it, but after I got my first Toyota, I fell in love all over again...except with Toyota. I had a burgandy standard cab IFS Toyota on 35s that I wheeled quite a bit, did some more trading around, and ended up with this light blue monster I have today; a '90 extended cab SAS Toyota. this one is by far my most favorite that I've had so far. I've only been to URE, but I'm wanting to go to other places.

oh by the way, I'm 22. will be 23 in March.

I'm 14 & been wheeling sinse I was 2. started building my rig at the age of 2.5 & still is not finished.

i'm 82 but tell people I'm going on 33 just so they feel better.

I have no idea when I "started", it had something to do with being in college, broke, and stupid.

31
Started "wheeling" around 9-10 driving grandads truck around the farm to feed cows...always had to go through the mud holes, he could not figure it out.
First 4x4 was a 75 F250...with a 460 and 44" gumbo mudders
Vehicles to date...
4 K5s (78, 86, 77, dunno parts donor)
5 Cj7s (77, 79, 82, 78, 78)
2 CJ5s (74, 81)
1 CJ8 (never knew)
84 K10

And after October I guess I can say I have wheeled an 05 Expedition....

I know I am forgetting a couple

I'm 55 and started when I bought a 71 one ton suburban at a auction,it came from Duke power as a line crew truck.Age 20 or so. Second vehicle was a 73 FJ40 and never looked back. Been to Moab,Ut. several times and Rubicon,Ca. Black Hills Challenge in South Dakota, and Farmington, N.M. at the invotational. Many G.S.M.T.R.S. at Tellico. Been to Tellico in the winter in snow and ice!Came DOWN lower 2 when frozen(controlled continious crash) Several other places in Colarado and a few others. Oh yeah, URE. Others that I shouldn't mention nor remember the names. Had a job training the Milatary offroad and trail fixes and mission completion. Worked in Montanna on the Marlboro Ranch as a offroad driving Instructer in H1 Hummers and Graduated from Hummer Driving Academy. Built a couple of vehicles from the frame up to be dedicated rock crawlers. And now I have the Best job ever.

So where is your 'underage' stamp?? hahaha :flipoff2:

Almost 29, very recently got into real wheeling, when I was at App we used to think four wheeling was driving around in the snow :) My first 4x4 was a 91 GMC Jimmy, in '99 I played chicken with a tree and the tree won. Used Insurance money to buy my current rig a 93 ZJ. It was stock up until a couple years ago.

I caught the jeep thing, and now it burns when I pee

35 (almost 36) and started wheeling at 18 with a 74 Jeep CJ5. It was stock with some retreaded mud tires. I got it stuck and hit a tree all on my first day of wheeling.

I'm pushing 25. My first 4x4 was a stock 91 Wrangler that I bought in 2003. I promised my now husband (boyfriend at the time) that I wouldn't do any modifications to it...I didn't know Jeeps had so many aftermarket accessories at the time! It ended life with approx. 8 inches of lift & 35s. Hopefully we'll be able to build another one in the near future.

36 and started when I was 15. My uncle used to take me wheelin near Hickory. First 4x4 vehicle was a 78 cj5 when I was 16.

Felt wierd choosing the 31-40 bracket.

Just turned 31 Nov 7th.

Been wheeling since 18 years old.

First rig was an 88 4runner that now belongs to Brokeass4runner. That thing has had a ROUGH life.

Next was a 72 FJ40 Landcruiser(hence the screenname)

Followed by lots of other Toyotas, 1 Samurai, and currently 2 Lancruisers (in sig).

I'm 17, first vehicle was a '99 Zr2 blazer when i was 15 but gave it to my dad 2 months later so I could upgrade to a Jeep. Got my Cherokee and lifted it before I even got my license. The day I got my license is the day I got my first wheelin dent and scratches on my jeep. Mom and dad weren't too happy ha

I have been wheeling since I could drive, I had a Geo Tracker as my first car back in 93' man that seems like forever ago, Drifted away from it for a while, Got my 97' TJ in late 2000, Wheeled it over 9k in the last 9 years and still wheeling the same TJ, Just has a few more mods :D

I've loved wheeling since around age 5, when a neighbor took me for a ride in his big ford truck, in the mud. Always wanted to own a 4x4 because they could go everywhere.

I grew up watching The Fall Guy and loving that truck.

Went to the first Monster Truck show in Greensboro Colesium, where I was lucky enough to be picked from the front row and rode in the Virginia Giant. We parked the front wheels up on a Montecarlo..lol no jumping like today...just parked there for a min. and backed down, took a ride around the arena then back into the pit area.My dad was back there waiting, we looked at all the trucks and tractor pull rigs, ate free cheesburgers and went back to our seats. It was AWSOME!!!

mY FIRST Wheeler was a 67 international scout...right hand drive! It wasnt 4x4 but I didnt care!

1st real wheeler 97 TJ. Bought stock and went through many different stages. That jeep has seen so many different trails, it's saddening to think about them all, as half or more are now closed. I miss that jeep!

Currently wheeling/racing a 97 xj.

39 been wheeling since I was about 5 if you count dirtbikes! First Jeep was a 81 CJ7 that I was about 19 or 20 when I bought.

Wife will be 35 on Christmas Eve and I introduced her to offroading when she was 17....the rest is history.

turned 43 back in Sept. I spent quite a few years drag racing and then jumped into Willys restorations to save money. What a freakin joke. Bought my first cj3 in 1990 and found my current rig behind a barn in 91.Built her from 91 to 92 and been wheeling her since 2004.

I'll be 47 in July.
Had a VW back in H.S. that I used to take on the farm roads in SE Guilford county.

First *real* offroad trip (spring '82) involved sinking an M-561 "Gamma Goat" crossing an 8' deep black water creek on the back side MCAS New River... literally sunk it due to the tailgate seal being pinched which filled the troop bed with water. That same day was my first extraction... 3cyl Detroit kept running (bilge pump ON), so had to dive for the winch cable & controls. Drove Every tactical vehicle the USMC had offroad in several Asian countries, including the "brand new" Hemet in '82 & the M-900 "Guntrucks" (Cummins250/Allison) about '83-'84 . Also, managed some stick time on several large dozers down in Gitmo building tank ditches.

Traded my '82 Mustang GT for a new '86 Nice'un 720. Several stages of lift/tires and frequented the Wildlife ramp at Highrock quite a bit. :shaking:
Sold it after 13 years and was without for 10.

'99 bought a '67 Jeepster for $50 in hopes of building a rig that I could camp in/out of when caving in NoVA. It was a complete POS (bad rod knock, floor gone, & a D30 *rear* axle  ).

Attended the first annual Jeepster Jam held in Clayton, GA and caught a ride in the legendary "CommandToad" in July of '00... Sold the peepster & bought the Moss 1 week later. Made 13 trips to Clinton, TN to assemble her and after 5 monthes, brought her back to W-S... it's been downhill since!

52. dad started me early on in a 47 willies. used that thing to plow the garden and drive to the river to fish. still remember when brown mtn. was open with no restrections.
drove the 47 to south mtn. to run the cc roads-dad taught me how to stay on the rocks and out of the ruts. ran at a place called henrys knob near kings mtn (long ago closed).
rode trails south of boiling springs from cliffside steam station to where little broad river comes into big broad river(what great memorys from that place). and we used to ride the rr right of way from rutherfordton nc to mayo sc.
