I am needing to ship a carb to my sister and was wondering what(if any) limitations the USPS has if i ship it flat rate box? any help is greately appreciated.

it can't be over like 65 lbs. Thats about it other than the obvious no explosives, etc.

You may have an issue if they find out that it has once has gas in it. ie explosive

YEAH THATS MY WORRIES, IF THEN SCAN IT AND IT LOOKS A LITTLE STRANGE THEN IF IT HAS A GAS SMELL.... = NOT TOO GOOD!

Pull it apart and clean it. Get all the gas out and then ship it wrapped in plastic.
