The Annual passes are now here. We’ve had several folks wanting to get them before Christmas. (and they are a nice Christmas green color this year) The price is still $30 for annual passes. Deborah said the prices may increase next year, but that is still undetermined. There will be no shortage of available passes if you want to wait until Spring. (I have 900 on hand now and will get more in March) there was only a shortage the first year and that was a problem with the printing company for the USFS that year. If you are not planning a trip to URE we can mail them, if you need before Christmas. You know how busy it is around here on the weekends so call during the week or email me with your address and contact info and I will call you back to do a credit card over the phone.
For everyone that we will not see this weekend or at the Volunteer cookout on the 18th, we hope you and the families have a good Winter and a great Christmas. Good luck with the Winter builds and repairs. - Chris
* I will have a big RE-build on my hands this winter. Three weeks ago a neighbor’s tree fell on my white CJ in a storm. The tree crushed the windshield frame and front hood, as well as cracked the fiberglass firewall. Luckily the hard top was not on yet, or it would have been crushed too. I was already planning on pulling the 304 over the winter to fix a stuck lifter and add some other upgrades, but now I will have to get the body back in order too.
