In the past, what trails ( which order/ direction) were run at Uwharrie as part of organized racing? How long were the races and what put an end to it?

The first uwharrie4x4cross race was on rocky mtn loop from one parking area to the last.
I think the second was over at uwharrie stables IIRC
Not sure abt the 24hrs of uwharrie stuff that involves canoeing

4x4 cross was rml. Not sure on the rest but my guess on what ended it was “they” the forest service saw it as more harm than good.

There was only 1 race IN the UNF, in 2008. Pretty amazing they let it happen even that one time. After that it was at the Stables as mentioned (2009). I don't know if there even were more after that; that's also when ECORS started up and interested parties went in different directions.
