Hit the trails in URE, Found 2 jeeps and a stock dodge to hang out with.
Didn't get many pics but we did get some vids. My son used his hi def thingy and its taking about 3 to 6 hours to load each one up.
Had a fun time. I myself didn't bust any thing, but one jeep I was wheelin with tried a mud hole and didn't make it had to pull him out, The stock dodge blew a tire when a rock got the side wall. also he lost a few parts from under his truck.
At the end of the day we Hung out at Kodak rock area. and watched a jeep try to make it up. He was not locked and just keep beating the crap out of his rig. He ended up busting the front end and then found that the "C" clip on the driver side rear axle had busted and the rear axle was now sliding out. He had a big group of guys with him that helped move the jeep off the trail.

I was on alot of easy trails that day, Had that bone stock Dodge with street tires with us, That being said, he ended up hitting a rock with his front driver side tire it hit the side wall and pow it was flat it happed just below Kodak on that rock out crop. that was about the hardest stuff he was on all day.

This is Me spoting the Dodge, As you see I got him hung up. We did pull him back off the rock.
Then just after that he poped his tire.
I did fill bad i got him stuck

haha yeah thanks for showing up late Justin, jk.
yeah between me and Scooter turning other people wrenches they loaned us and the guys telling us what to do we got the white grand cherokee out of there in about 6 hours. turned out we broke the front left at the same time too. sorry to all the guys that wanted to run the line we had blocked, thought it was gonna be a 20 minute repair but the welded rear made for a nice challenge!

its alright, that dodge has alot of ground to cover before it clears rocks. great attempt though

hey man love the s10 when u goin to ure next i would like to see it in person

It will be spring before I get out that way again. I have put off working on the house for a long time because I was busy saving money for the S10, I also have a boat that has been setting for 4 years that needs to be fixed.

We must have come by kodak shortly after you. I was surprised the number of stock full size trucks we saw that day.

Looks like I should have hung out for a bit longer! Would have like to seen you all hitting kodak.
But we had to get on the road.

You know stockers can get around most the trails, untill it rains! HAHAHAHA

Anyone know who the guy in the brand new Ram 1500 was that blew a CV (was white or silver)? The picture of Will in the #52 TJ was taken as we were leaving (I was riding in the Red TJ Rubi turned Pickup) the rock garden so I am betting other people at least saw him. I swear that truck looked like it was almost new.

yeah i seen it, i was the one who told him he broke it, he didnt even know! he was spinning and it went POW!! then he kept trying and i was like "hey bud, you broke your front axle" and he was like "really?, dang!" we went over and looked at it, it was more than just the CV, it was the straight shaft right out of the diff before the first boot on the CV. hate it for the guy, he was real nice and seemed new to the sport. as for the dodge, im sure it was an 09' and i couldnt believe he had it out there!

I am sure I saw you at some point, just didn't know it was you. I was standing down right after the bypass entrance behind the dark colored YJ next to the Red TJ watching as it happened. The dude in the YJ infront of me said the same thing, "Sounds like he snapped his CV". I knew when he kept hitting the same spot and was getting on the gas something was going to happen. Hopefully it doesn't ruin his outlook on the sport. I know it was probably discouraging breaking something when your new to the sport.
