Uwharrie Trail Conditions..

We are coming out from the NC coast on the 30th to stay and play at Uwharrie for a couple days. We have been having alot of rain on the coast, just wondering if ya'll have had the same there. Not going to change our plans, just wanted a little heads up as to what to expect, so we can pack accordingly(extra tarps, extra entertainment for the kids, stuff like that) . Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I can guarantee that the forest will be wet, I live roughly 45 mins west of ure and it has pitched a bitch here tonight. The trails wet are fun just stay off the front side of Daniel unless you really know what your doing and have built rigs.

Wet conditions at URE can make for a fun day. Plus you don't have to eat dust all day!

Wet in the morning and dusty by the afternoon. Same trail will be different when wet versus dry. Go out and have fun. It will be wet from glancing at the weather forecast. But like was said above just come out and have fun.

Thanks ya'll. I am bringing a heavily modified XJ on 43's. Also coming is a couple Sami"s, one modified and one not so much.

This time of year with the heat and sun, the trails dry out within 24 hrs or less. You will still find plenty of water/mud holes.
