uwharrie trail direction

Its been a while since i've rode uwharrie and this time i'm not going in a big group and just following the leader.

If someone can remind me of which direction to run each trail (climbing up the big hill climbs instead of going down them) and (coming up to the bottom of kodak instead of in from the top) That would help alot.

Leaving Hunt Camp, we usually take the first dirt road on the left to Cotton-something trailhead. That will set you to go up Daniel. Near the end, you will T-bone Rocky Mount Loop, take a left. You will then cross a dirt road near the double parking lot. Stay on RML, this set you up to climb the good stuff. Before all the good stuff, and bunch of trails branch off to the left (Dickey BEll, Dutch John, Slab Pile I think), stay right. After Kodak, I think Sawmill is a left that takes you over to Slabpile Wolf Den intersection. If you take Wolf Den over to Dutch John for the bobsled run hillclimb on Dutch John. That puts you back on RML, go left to climb Kodak again or right to hit the double parking lot and regroup, etc.

thanks, most of that sounds familiar to our usual route. I've already got the map printed out so this should help. Thanks.
