Terry Savery:

Hi Everyone – Sorry for the short notice but I’ve been working on a lot of trail grant applications for the motorized & non-motorized trails and finishing up the final paperwork for the state for the Wolf Den & Dutch John Trail reroutes. Can you please let me know if your club was planning on coming up for a November work day on the trails for either Nov 10th (this Saturday) or November 17th (next Saturday). I know we were going to switch the work weekend to Nov 10th because Scott Fields was having his Tread Lightly class on the 17 -18 and some of you might be in that class. So please contact me asap and let me know if your club is coming up on either day & about how many from your club you’d be expecting so I can make appropriate plans for the work for the right weekend. I appreciate your help and your many hours of volunteering. Take care everyone and we’ll see you soon. Bye - Terry

Which ever day you can make it out this should be a productive workday!

Just speaking for myself, this coming Sat./10th., will be the Veterans Day Appreciation, & Ride. I'm a volunteer in that, the CTB, are participating, & MANY other folk! Also a Bronco Club, is having their Ride. There will be a lot of people riding the Trails, but not doing FS Work Day.

Ok, from chatting with Terry just now it seems Drew will be up for the 10th and he just needs to know now how many people can make it on the 10th to see what all we can get done that day with the amout of folks showing up.

I figure right now ONSC has about 5 - 7.

I plan on making it Tomorrow. Finally.

If you pay attention to the Veterans ride thread we are not welcome out there this Saturday. Drill SGT hat will be coming out .

I didnt realize this(the 10th) was during veterans day weekend. Is dragging a total of 6 long rails, 1 short rail and 8 posts for 3 sites during all these planned activities really a good idea? Just asking. Trail diamonds/arrows and trash, sure, guardrails on a busy weekend, I dunno.

I agree with ya brother. But i do not make up the rules unlike those over there think.
