Uwharrie Volunteers in 2012 Spring Magazine

I have been waiting to let this cat out of the bag (no pun intended) but the editor of WorkSaver magazine is interested in putting a story about us in the Spring 2012 issue. This isn't exactly Peterson's etc, but this magazine has been around since the early 1990's and goes out to all the businesses that own Bobcat equipment. I used to read it when the family construction business has still around, so this is great in my opinion. If anything this may give us an even better relationship with the Bobcat dealer we rent our equipment from. A small tidbit from the editor:

Your story would be a good candidate for WorkSaver magazine. Unfortunately, the copy for the Summer issue is finished and Fall issue copy has been approved / written. This is something that I would like to revisit as I look to upcoming 2012 editorial schedules. It would be better suited for the Spring 2012 issue when there is more space to devote to the article and pictures.

Best thing about this magazine, is its FREE. All you have to do is signup for the magazine and they will mail it to you. And its amazing its still free considering its a full color/length magazine. This isn't making the front page of the news papers, but this is a start to getting the word spread.
