v6 to 22r

what work is involved to convert a 1988 v6 toyota truck over to 22r? or to 3.4? less work with 3.4? will tranny bolt up? wiring harness? all input is greatly appreciated.

im pretty sure the trans are different. R150F is the v6 trans IIRC. i would do the 3.4 swap personally, unless i had a 22r layin around. check this link out it shows what years/motors had what trans from the factory at the bottom of the page

IF you're going to the trouble to fab everything, go with the 3.4. Get a complete drivetrain out of a wrecked truck/4runner including wiring harness.
