V8 Toyota 4Runners.....

I babysit 30+ Toyota techs every day. I see everything that breaks on every Toyota on the road. Those Runners are bullet proof. The only thing that even remotely comes to mind is the occasional front wheel bearing. I was sort of shopping for one to pull double duty when I found my F250.

Well I picke up one today.. guy was about to trade it in and I caught him pretty much on his way..

05 Limited V8 122k... leather, sunroof, everything... Hopefully it'll make a good ride for awhile...
 
We've got one. Twice now it has complained about going into drive while sitting on a hill. The Toyota techs refuse to do any diagnostics to the transmission since they can't repeat it in their shop and the computer doesn't report anything wrong.

Going into drive is fairly important when you're sitting on a boat ramp and have no where to go except forward.

We've done abit of hard towing with this vehicle, but I'm still disappointed with the transmission issues at only 70k miles.
