Value on barely used tires?

I jumped up a size over factory and have rubbing issues when aired down, so looking to go back down a size.

285/75/16 k0's with 1000 miles on them. What are they worth now?

Just like a vehicles value drops drastically once driven off the lot, well it's that same way for tires...no one is willing to pay for used tires at much more than half price, regardless of how few miles they have

Yeah and then you've got the guys with barely 1/32" of tread left on them and they want $800.

Worth on slightly used consumables is hard to put a number on as a seller. You need a buyers mindset. Ask yourself as if you're the buyer " Is the price worth it if its only a 100 or so off from a new set with a warranty?"
